Abstract

The polokarto rubber plantation area is a natural phenomenon that attracts people to come for tourist purposes. The beautiful and beautiful natural atmosphere is the attraction of this place. However, because its existence is an agricultural area, tourism activities have not been fully accommodated. This raises problems, especially in terms of the level of comfort for both farmers who are active in rubber plantation areas and visitors who want to travel. From these problems came the idea to develop the area into a nature-based tourist attraction with an emphasis on environmental conservation so that the surrounding natural conditions are maintained. The concept of organic architecture was chosen because it has principles such as simplicity and serenity, correlation with nature, colors and properties of materials or materials that prioritize nature.
