Abstract
Buying and selling has the meaning of exchanging through property, and using actions and words that show an agreement in buying and selling. In trading there are several contracts that are very developed, namely the istishna contract. Istishna contract is a sale and purchase transaction contract between the craftsman / producer / order recipient (shani') and the customer (mustashni') to make the product as ordered (mashnu') and the payment system can be at the beginning or at the end depending on the agreement between the producer and the recipient. order. In this case, in the Hadi Sablon Convection, Magetan Regency, there is a practice related to buying and selling where in practice the buyer wants to order his order with payment according to the agreement with the sale. Therefore, this research is to find out the implementation of istishna contract financing in Hadi Sablon Convection, Magetan Regency from the analysis of Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation, and recording. The results of this study used the practice of Hadi Sablon Convection using the practice of istishna contract. Then the delivery system can be delivered with additional shipping costs according to the distance traveled and can also be picked up by the buyer himself. For purchases and orders during credit, the buyer must submit a guarantee in the form of a photocopy of the ID card. Looking at the practice of buying and selling Convection Hadi Sablon which does not have interest and deceit, it can be concluded that the practice of buying and selling at Convection Hadi Sablon is in accordance with Islamic law. In Islam, we can know that sales regulated in Islamic law are not allowed to contain elements of deceit, Mr. Toni as the owner of Hadi Sablon Convection has also implemented it and has been proven in his sales practice. If there is an order, Hadi Sablon Convection will serve according to customer orders from the elements of price, product and delivery services carried out honestly and according to order. Whereas in the practice of buying and selling in the payment system there is no interest if the payment is on credit.
