Abstract

Samarantu outdoor purwodadi is a service company that provides rental services for various camping equipment. However, the recording of data, usage, and transactions in Samarantu outside the Purwodadi room is not yet computerized and the conventional method is that consumers contact the department or visit the rental place directly and every item rented is only through manual recording in the company book. This has become less effective for companies because there are currently many camping equipment rental services that have utilized information technology to improve their quality by using websites as information media. Based on these problems, a website- based information system was created to assist owners in monitoring company data. This system features data recording of goods, tenants, rental of goods, goods, and displays rental results per month. This system is made only for admins and is designed using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySql database as well as through the Waterfall method. System testing using the Black Box and System Usability Scale (SUS) approach. The results of the blackbox testing test show 100% that the system is running well and each button is running according to its function without any errors. The SUS test resulted in a score of 80, so the system was considered to work well and was feasible to use report company data properly.
