Abstract

AIS (Academic Information System) is a system that manages data into information to support academic matters in order to improve services to students. SDN 2 Jurangjero is one of the schools that has not implemented student report card information system, student scores which would be made into student report card are still processed manually, therefore the making of the student report card information system is very useful to shorten the work. The purpose of this research was to build a student report card information system which is focused on processing student score data to be made into student report cards, as well as to reduce lost student score data. The system is built using the PHP programming language, Laravel as the framework, MySQL as the databse, and for the display it uses the Bootstrap framework. The method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. The information system built is expected to facilitate the work of teachers in recapitulating student scores. The tests carried out, namely Blackbox Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) can minimize the occurrence of bugs or errors in the system and ensure that the available features functioned properly. The result of the Blackbox test shows that the system made runs well according to its function and the System Usability Scale (SUS) test with 30 respondents obtained a final result of 73.4, where these results indicated that the system is acceptable by SDN Jurangjero 2.
