Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the level of risk of work posture in caulking activities. Work posture itself is a body position when working that adapts to its activities, so that different work postures have different levels of risk. This research is in CV. Like the Bodybuilder in the putty and painting division. The method used is the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method which evaluates work posture, strength, and worker activities that can cause injury due to repetitive activities by workers, due to the absence of standardized postures and ergonomic work aids, workers often complain experience pain in certain parts of the body due to careless posture. The data used itself is the documentation of workers when carrying out work activities, then measurements are made using the REBA method angle, then other data needs such as Nordic Body Map data and work risk analysis are carried out by observation, direct interviews. The results of the evaluation were improved by proposing 3 proposed postures, all three of which were able to reduce the burden of working postures on the body, as well as the second proposed posture, namely making SOPs. in caulking in carrying out activities
