Abstract
Farmers have work activities that can be at risk of various kinds of diseases in carrying out their work, one of the diseases that often occurs in farmers is low back pain. Farmers' Low Back Pain can arise from farming activities including lying down when planting rice, carrying tangka when spraying, carrying sacks of rice, and hoeing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the incidence of low back pain in farmers in Majasto Village, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study includes all farmers in Majasto Village, Tawangsari District, Sukoharjo. The sample in this study were 79 farmers. This research uses a type of analytic observation research with a cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique used was random sampling and data analysis using the Somers'd test. The results showed that 1) There was no relationship between work duration and low back pain in Farmers in Majasto Village, Tawangsari Sukoharjo District with p = 0.000. 2) There is no relationship between workload and low back pain in Farmers in Majasto Village, Tawangsari Sukoharjo District with p = 0.017. 3) There is no relationship between work position and low back pain in Farmers in Majasto Village, Tawangsari Sukoharjo District with p = 0.032.
