Abstract
This study aims to analyze the knowledge and skills of employees regarding the emergency response program based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method conducted at PT. PLN UP3 South Banten. Emergency response is an attitude to anticipate the possibility of things that are not desirable, which will cause losses both physically and materially. The emergency response program is a program under the auspices of the South Banten UP3 K3 division. All emergency response programs that have been running at PLN UP3 South Banten will be carried out with an understanding and implementation related to understanding SOPs and readiness in dealing with emergency conditions. The review was carried out by distributing questionnaires using FMEA and the results of the questionnaires were made in the form of analysis in the form of fishbone diagrams to obtain the final result in the form of proposed improvements to increase the effectiveness of the emergency response program. From the data processing that has been carried out, the highest value regarding emergency conditions working at height in understanding SOPs is 456.53 and regarding readiness to face it directly with an RPN value of 704.35 by providing suggestions for improvements in the field according to applicable standards to reduce casualties. . It is hoped that this research can make companies and become more aware of the importance of counseling and knowledge about emergency response.
