Abstract
Work safety is the condition of workers not having an accident in carrying out their work. Health is freedom from physical and emotional ailments. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether occupational safety and health have a significant effect on employee work productivity. The type of data and analysis is a quantitative research. the number of samples of this study using the population of the engineering division. This study has 2 variables, namely the independent variable consisting of work safety (X1) and occupational health (X2), the dependent variable is work productivity (Y). Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests and using multiple linear data analysis with F test and T test. The results of this study work safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) partially have positive values and have a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y) engineering division of PT. Arisa Mandiri Pratama. In addition, occupational safety (X1) and occupational health (X2) simultaneously have a positive value and have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the engineering division of PT. Arisa Mandiri Pratama.
