Abstract

In connection with the current COVID-19 virus in Indonesia, it has an impact on the entire community, including students. The government has implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), learning which is usually done in person or face-to-face in schools is currently being conducted online or online. Biology learning at MAN 1 Grobogan is currently being carried out from home online. The learning itself is done by making videos or documents containing learning materials, then uploading them to the Google Classroom page and the link being forwarded via WhatsApp groups so that they can be accessed by students of class XI MIPA MAN 1 Grobogan. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of Online Biology Learning During the Corona Pandemic in Class XI MIPA MAN 1 Grobogan for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The sampling technique used is the total sampling technique. The method in this research is a closed questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of Online Biology Learning Effectiveness during the Corona Pandemic in Class XI MIPA MAN 1 Grobogan on biology subjects on online learning indicators is quite effective (77.64%), indicators of the use of biology subjects are very effective (82%), in the given task indicators are effective (75.73%), and the indicators of limited facilities and learning outcomes are quite effective (55.27%), so that from the three indicators an average percentage (72.66%) is included in the effective category.
