Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of these factors and design a sales strategy to increase buying interest. The benefits of this research are proposed improvements in an effort to increase buying interest from UMKM Marnis Snack & Bakery in Boyolali. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method or randomly selected, the sample used was 100 respondents. The method used in this study is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a multivariate statistical technique that analyzes the relationship between variables. The independent variables include product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, process. The dependent variable is buying interest. The results of the study of independent variables that have a positive effect and direction are promotion variables, physical evidence variables, process variables on buying interest. Variables that have a positive direction but have no effect are product variables, price variables, place variables, people variables.
