Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Wonogiri Regency Agriculture and Food Service. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. This study used as many samples as 100 employees taken by icidental sampling The data analysis technique used is by multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially (1) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) job satisfaction, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, for future research, it is necessary to conduct further research by adding other variables besides those studied in this study.. Keywords:
