Abstract
Posyandu has long been known as a primary health care center for mothers and children, currently it is urgently needed to accelerate the reduction ofimaternal and child mortality and support community and organize basic health service activities. Basedion theiresults of the initial survey, it is illustrated that thereiare still manyiproductive housewivesi (of childbearing age) iwho still do not understand about the healthiof mothersiand children because of the lack of information they get. This information is useful to know the child's growth, whether there are deviations or not. If a deviation occurs, it is immediately identified and followed up by medical personnel at the Puskesmas. Based on the problems faced and supported by previous research, the research is to design a web-based Posyandu information system. This system featuresiweighing andiimmunization records as wellias printing posyanduireports, and processingireport requests. The methodiused in this research isiwaterfall consisting ofineeds analysis, design, writingiprogram code, testing, implementation. iThis system is made using the PHP programmingilanguage and CodeIgniteriFramework. Testing usingiSystem Usability Scale (SUS) iand Blackbox. The resultsiof the blackbox testingitest show 100% that theisystem is running welliand each button is runningiaccording to its functioniwithout an error. The SUS testiresulted in a scoreiof 80, so the system isiconsidered to be workingiwell and is feasible toiuse in carrying out good financial management
