Abstract
This study aims (1) to determine the level of financial feasibility, (2) to determine financial decision-making techniques. for micro, small and medium enterprises in Nang Maju Furniture Rembang. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at the Nang Maju Furniture Company in Rembang Regency. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used to measure financial feasibility and sensitivity is the NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio and Payback Period analysis tools. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) in the calculation of the NPV that invested capital of Rp. 150,000,000, - then the NPV generates -Rp.2,696,000 which indicates that this business is not feasible to run because the investment costs are higher than the NPV, in the IRR calculation it produces -6.68% which indicates that the business gets a smaller income than the NPV. by depositing the money in a bank with an interest rate of 10%, at a B/C Ratio calculation of -3.5% which indicates that every Rp.1 issued will generate – Rp. 3.5 and the calculation of the payback period is obtained for -3 years, which means this business is not feasible to run because no matter how big the invested capital is, it cannot return the bank loan capital so that the company suffers a loss. (2) The way of making decisions for micro, small and medium enterprises can be known through the calculation of the value of NPV, IRR, B/C Ratio and payback periods that have experienced losses so that this business cannot be run.
