Abstract

Student Management is the entire process that is planned and attempted intentionally as well as continuous guidance so that students can participate in the activity process effectively and efficiently. Especially at SMKN 1 Trucuk Klaten in the process of fostering students, even though it is known as a public school, the school has many Islamic agendas that are internalized for Muslim students, such as dhuha prayers, recitations on big days, qurban training approaching the holidays and various Islamic developments. when Ramadan The benefits and objectives of this study are to describe student management at SMKN 1 Trucuk Klaten which is the material for evaluating current student programs and for future planning as well as a reference for further research to find out the results of student management at the school. This research uses qualitative research methods, in which the researcher is actively involved and goes to the field directly. Data collection techniques used in this research are direct observation, in-depth interviews with several informants, and documentation. The results of this study show that student management at SMKN 1 Trucuk Klaten can improve students' academic and non-academic achievements.
