Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The population in this study were all employees who worked as Call Center Agents for J&T Vads Indonesia Company in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique with a sample of 105 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used primary data using an online questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM PLS analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. 4) the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. 5) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. 6) job satisfaction is able to moderate the effect of job stress on turnover intention. 7) job satisfaction is able to moderate the influence of the work environment on turnover intention.
