Abstract
The specific of this study are (1) to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership style to the performance of elementary school teachers in Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency, (2) to analyze the contribution of the school's physical environment to the performance of elementary school teachers in Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency. (3) Analyzing the contribution of teacher commitment to the performance of elementary school teachers in Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. This research was conducted in public and private elementary schools in the Nogosari sub-district, Boyolali district. The population in this study were public elementary school teachers in Nogosaris District, Boyolali Regency, which consisted of 30 elementary schools with a total population of 333 teachers. Of the 182 samples, in total, 30 teachers were used for trials, and 152 were used for research. Sampling technique with Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the significance test of the contribution of the principal's leadership style, school physical environment and teacher commitment to teacher performance obtained F count (131.961) > F table (2.70) shows that there is a joint contribution between the principal's leadership style, school physical environment and teacher commitment to teacher performance. The results of the significance test of the contribution of the principal's leadership style with teacher performance obtained p-value (0.000) <0.05, indicating that the principal's leadership style (X1) has a significant contribution to teacher performance (Y). The results of the significance test of the contribution of the school's physical environment to teacher performance obtained p-value (0.000) <0.05, indicating that the school's physical environment (X2) has a significant contribution to teacher performance (Y). The results of the significance test of the contribution of teacher commitment to teacher performance obtained p-value (0.000) <0.05, indicating that teacher commitment (X3) has a significant contribution to teacher performance (Y).
