Abstract

Islam teaches people to try lawfully and stay away from what is forbidden by Allah SWT. One of the things that is done is the process of buying and selling (business), buying and selling is carried out with consideration so that no party is harmed. With this in mind, the researcher discusses the system of buying and selling sand and stones at the Ferry Jaya building shop, Mesuji Regency according to the view of Islamic law. To determine the system used in the sale and purchase of sand and stones at the building shop, Mesuji Regency.: This study uses a qualitative method that can be used to explore and understand the meaning that comes from social or humanitarian problems. This research is a field research. Judging from the research conducted that the sale and purchase of sand and stones, Mr. Baharudin sells at affordable prices with quality sand and stone with buyer orders and the absence of interest and deceit, it is concluded that the practice of buying and selling in the fertile building shop is in accordance with Islamic law.
