Abstract
The interpersonal communication between the victims of children sexual harrasment and the companion in Integrated Services for Women and Child Empowerment (P2TP2A) purposed for accompany the victims to feel relieve, comfort, and far from the shadow of the fear that have been traumatized them who already have got sexual harrasment. The assistance for the sexual harrasment victims helps them to going through the interaction process and communication whereas the problems can be resolve later. This research conducted to discover the interpersonal communication of Integrated Services for Women and Child Empowerment companion in Wonogiri by approaching and solving problems of the victims. This research has been analyzed qualititavely and descriptively. Informant of this study reasearch is two co-workers in Integrated Services for Women and Child Empowerment (P2TP2A) by being the companion of the children sexual harrasment victims. Methods of the data collection conducted within 1) literature study, 2) field-based study with observation and interview. Method of data analysis conducted within 1) data collection, 2) data simplification, 3) data presentation, 4) conclusion/verification. While the method of data validation is using source triangulation. According to the stage of social penetration, this reasearch has going as well from the beginning, scoping, until the final stage. Indeed through the social penetration, companions of the integrated services find easier to discover the truth of the victims experience.
