Abstract
PG. Soedhono is a company engaged in the sugar factory. The demand for production targets during the milling period makes operators experience high pressure, causing a mental workload. There are several mental workload problems that exist related to the problem of working hours that are more than 8 hours of work and the existence of work accidents in PG. Soedhono several years ago. Research at PG. Soedhono aims to analyze the workload experienced by workers in 5 different divisions with the number of samples taken from the entire population of 45 people. This study uses the NASA-TLX method to determine the mental workload experienced by each operator. The measurement results using the Nasa-TLX method and using the ANOVA statistical test which shows that the highest workload is in the Engineering Division of 84.7 and there are differences in workloads in 5 divisions. Some indicators of mental workload that affect each work station are, in the administration and finance division the most influential indicator is mental demand and effort, for the quality assurance division the most influential indicator is mental demand, for the plant division there are indicators that are the most influential. is effort, for processing division the most influential indicators are physical demand and own performance, and the Engineering division the most influential indicator is effort.
