Abstract
Work safety means a person's way of protecting themselves or others because the existing workload requires a worker to receive such protection so that they can work optimally. To overcome work accidents, the company must implement a good and firm work system. Therefore, it is necessary to implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) in a project to increase protection for workers (PP number 50 of 2012). Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 is a national standard on how to implement an occupational health and safety management system. This regulation is a derivative of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2003 Number 39, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4279) and all derivatives of Law 1 of 1970 which discusses work safety (Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia). Republic of Indonesia Number 2918). Risk analysis according to the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 5 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for SMK3 Construction in the Public Works Sector, in the construction project of a 4-storey inpatient building at the Brayat Minulyo Hospital, Surakarta, there are 4 risk values in the "Low" category and 4 risk values in the "Medium" category. For the K3 costs required for the 4-floor inpatient construction project at the Brayat Minulyo Hospital, Surakarta, Rp. 165,678,289.27. So the total percentage of the K3 budget in the construction project of the 4-storey inpatient building at the Brayat Minulyo Hospital in Surakarta carried out by PT. Jaya Arnikon is 0.62% of the total contract value.
