Abstract

Telaga Ngebel and Mloko Sewu tourism are mainstay tourist areas with the theme of natural atmosphere in Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency. Tourism activities in Telaga Ngebel and Mloko Sewu showed an increase that could affect the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the carrying capacity of the number of tourists for the accumulation of the number of visitors in the TelagaNgebel tourist area based on physical carrying capacity and analyze the level of tourist satisfaction with tourist attractions and service quality in the Telaga Ngebel tourist attractionarea. This study uses a calculation method using the Physical Carrying Capacity (PCC) formula to calculate the carrying capacity of the physical environment using variables of tourist area area, area area so that tourists still feel comfortable, and rotation factors. Data collection was carried out through observation, surveys, literature studies, distribution of questionnaires and limited interviews. The results of this study show that the carrying capacity of the physical environment of Telaga Ngebel is 2,250 visitors / day and Mloko Sewu is 1,384 visitors / day, with the time provided by the tourist area manager is 9 hours. The amount of tourism carrying capacity obtained can be used as a basis for consideration for tourism managers so that tourism development does not exceed the physical carrying capacity of the Telaga Ngebel and Mloko Sewu tourist areas so that the tourism ecosystem and the level of tourist satisfaction can be maintained. On the level of tourist satisfaction there are six indicators that can be used to measure the level of tourist satisfaction. Of the six indicators, the overall level of tourist satisfaction of visitors to telaga Ngebel and Mloko Sewu tourist attractions is in the "Good" category. This is indicated by the magnitude of the average numberfrom the calculation, which is 3.89. The majority of visitors in Telaga Ngebel and Mloko Sewu are tourists who come from within the country, namely around Ponorogo Regency and outsidePonorogo Regency.
