Abstract

PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is one of subsidiaries company of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) Regional 3. In running its business a company requires a team to build and establish a good communication with internal and external parties. Public Relations has a front line team that has responsibilities in building and managing reputation of the company. Under the auspices of Corporate Secretary, Public Relations of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong performs various job desks which one of them is handling social media that used in building and establishing communication with public. Instagram was chosen as one of the social media that used to share activities and informations about company’s line of business along with other interesting informations and entertainments. Creative content is actively being uploaded everyday. Interns also take part in every process of their work, with this interns could experience the process, roles and fuctions of Public Relations of company in handling communication with the public.
