Abstract
PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is a subsidiary under the PELINDO holding which is included in the Subholding of PT Pelindo Terminal Container which is engaged in providing port services, especially in the field of Containers and Dry Bulk which is located on Jl. Raya Tambak Osowilangun KM 12 Surabaya, East Java. PT Terminal Teluk Lamong has Corporate Communication under the auspices of the Corporate Secretary department which is at the forefront of establishing communication both external and internal to the company. The scope of work of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong's Corporate Communication is divided into 3 parts, namely Internal Communication, External Communication, Website Management and Social Media. Over time in carrying out their duties, interns are given the responsibility to handle media monitoring activities, manage social media, prepare content materials, and make agenda setting. One of the corporate communications carried out by PT TTL is by providing assistance with Biofloc and Reading Gardens in Tambak Sarioso Village, RT 02 RW 05 Surabaya. PT Terminal Teluk Lamong communicates in two directions so as to generate reciprocity by providing information on the company's activities and consistency in conveying public opinion to the company through social media and mass media
