Abstract

This study aims to analyze the patient's trust in interpersonal based medical service at the TB polyclinic of RSUP Surakarta. The variables used are independent including personal professional doctors, personal professional nurses, personal professional laboratory workers, personal professional nutrition workers and personal professional administrative officers, while the dependent includes trust credibility, trust integrity and belief benelovence. The sample used was 108 respondents. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to respondents using instruments that have been tested for the validity and reliability of the items. The method of analysis with multivariate regression. The results showed that interpersonal based medical service personal professional doctors, personal professional nurses, personal professional laboratory personnel, personal professional nutrition and personal professional administrative officers simultaneously have a positive effect on trust credibility, integrity and benelovence in patients at the TB Polyclinic RSUP Surakarta.
