Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a survey design. The population of this study were all employees and a sample of 95 employees. With a simple random sampling technique. Data obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The previous questionnaire was piloted and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, SE and SR. The results of the regression analysis obtained the regression line equation: Y = 11.956 + 0.450 X1 + 0.236 X2. Shows that employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation. Conclusions: 1) The work environment has an acceptable effect on employee performance. Based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) that tcount > ttable, 5,666 > 2,000 and the value of sig < 0.05, which is 0.000. 2) Work motivation has an acceptable effect on employee performance. Based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) that tcount > ttable, 3,867 > 2,000 and sig < 0.05. 3) Work environment and work motivation have an acceptable effect on employee performance. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of variance (F test) it is known that Fcount > Ftable, 80,044 > 3,150 and a significance value < 0.05, which is 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.635. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance is 63.5%, while 36.5% is influenced by other variables.
