Abstract

Bulldozer is a heavy equipment that serves to facilitate work on a large scale by pushing, displacing, leveling a material in a construction or mining project. At the bottom of the Bulldozer there is a component, namely the undercarriage. the undercarriage serves to support and transmit the unit load to the ground, when the unit moves there is a track roller component as a track link guide. When the track roller is damaged, it will affect the track link. To find out the damage to the track roller, an undercarriage inspection can be carried out, so that the type of damage and the value of wear on the track roller can be determined, damage to the track roller can occur on the surface of the roller and flange roller. The disassembly process is a component disassembly process that aims to find out the damage and choose repair recommendations, namely replacing the track roller.
