Abstract
The purpose of this syudy is to determine the appropriate circuit training model in simulating a pencak silat match. The object and subject of this research is a team of athletes from the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, totaling 11 people. This study uses a research method, namely Research method, namely Research and Development (R&D) which means scientific research to research, design, produce and test the validity of the products that have been produced. The data collection technique in this study used the ADDIE technique (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Another method in this study to determine the validation of the research experts using the Delphi method. The results of this circuit training design research are included in the feasible category with an average validity according to experts 84%, media experts 86%, practitioner experts 84% and respondent data 83.4%. With limited research, developing a pencak silat energy system based on relevant research based on the analysis of match time requirements, even though the practice in the field will not be close to perfect. The conclusion in this syudy, the circuit training design model is included in the feasible category, according to the assessment that has been carried out by experts. By preparing physically and mentally, they are accustomed to training using the circuit training model, it is hoped that in the future this design can be apllied to coach and athlete programs.
