Abstract

Circulation of pharmaceutical preparations is a series of activities with the aim of disseminating or transferring traditional medicines, medicinal ingredients, cosmetics, and drugs. In Law Number 36 of 2009 Article 106 paragraph (1) concerning Health and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1010/MENKES/PER/XI/2008 concerning drug registration, it is explained that pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices can be circulated when after having a permit. circulated. Acts against the law or criminal acts which are carried out if an adult commits it, cannot be generalized if the crime is committed by a child. Children who become perpetrators of criminal acts are required to get an act that is specifically when carrying out the judicial process and must comply with existing regulations. Juvenile justice itself is explained in Law 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice system which handles cases carried out by children
