Abstract
Glagah District is an area in Lamongan Regency that is traversed by the downstream Bengawan Solo river. The nature of the area around the river is exposed to flooding during the rainy season. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution and extent of simulation results of the Bengawan Solo river flood overflow in Glagah District, determine the level of accuracy of the simulation against field data and determine the level of social vulnerability in Glagah sub-district. The method used is a raster analysis of DEM data using an iteration application in ILWIS. The scenario created is 1 m overflow and 2 m overflow from the river. The accuracy of the simulation results is done by calculating the kappa coefficient statistics from the error matrix data of the simulation results and field surveys. The social vulnerability method uses a tiered quantitative analysis of population data that is grouped in the category of social vulnerability parameters, namely the number of residents, toddlers, elderly, and women. Vulnerability testing is done by equal interval classification. The results of this study are a simulation of the Bengawan Solo river overflow in Glagah Subdistrict with a 1m scenario having an overflow impact of 12.93 hectares and in the scenario 2m having an overflow impact of 126.31 hectares. The distribution of areas affected by the overflow of the Bengawan Solo River over the 1m and 2m scenarios is in 4 villages, namely Jatirenggo Village, Konang Village, Karangturi Village, and Mluwur Village. The accuracy of the simulation results on the field data is 88.5% very up. The results of the level of social vulnerability of flooding in the Bengawan Solo river in Glagah Sub-District are high social vulnerability in Jatirenggo village, middle class vulnerability in Karangturi village, and low class social vulnerability in Konang and Mluwur villages.
