Abstract

At this time there is a lot of poultry feed with cheap basic ingredients, easy to obtain, and highly nutritious by utilizing waste or materials that are not used but still suitable for recycling. With the presence of poultry feed derived from basic ingredients that are cheap, easy to obtain, and highly nutritious result in negative impacts on poultry health. Therefore, innovate to make alternative poultry feed with environmentally friendly basic ingredients namely from the shell of green mussels. Green mussels contain essential amino acids especially arginine, leucine and lysine. For that we have processed green mussel shells into a product in the form of poultry feed, named PEVIRUR, with The advantage is that it uses basic ingredients that are cheap, easy to obtain, and nutritious tall. Marketing this product through online including through shopee, instagram, facebook, and whatsapp, while offline marketing through word of mouth communication, pamphlets, and we also market to family, friends, lecturers, the general public, as well as at several exhibitions.
