PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) - also known as Angkasa Pura Airports is a pioneer company in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) in an effort to overcome work accidents at PT. Angkasa Pura I branch of Adi Soemarmo International Airport. The method used in this study uses a triagulation technique which involves interviews (in-depth interviews), observations, and documentation studies. The results of the analysis show that the application of SMK3 applied has been in accordance with Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 50 Tahun 2012, there will be several indicators that need to be evaluated. This indicator includes competent human resources, licensed according to their work, and available audit findings
