Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the indicator of the mental workload received by workers in the boiler unit, so that it can be known and used as an improvement by looking at which indicator is most dominant accepted by workers in the unit Boiler. With NASA-TLX method can measure how much mental workload is received by each worker in the Boiler Unit. NASA-TLX can identify any mental workload based on 6 dimensions namely Mental needs, physical needs, time requirement, Performance, level of effort and frustration level. The average score
