Abstract

PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor, Engine Plant, Karawang do export components, activities include mix packing parts, the process of combining several component parts with a certain quantity box into one pallet in order to streamline shipping to Malaysia. Flow out is the process of flowing out of goods that is not in accordance with the order which affects the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem and make improvements to achieve the zero flow out target with the Poka yoke approach. The basic idea of Poka Yoke is to design processes or tools so that errors are not possible or at least can be detected or corrected. The Clip Hose part flow out is separated from the module and the Way Brake Actuator part is left in the consumable area. Identification of problems using why analysis and the main factors that cause flow out factors from Man, Method, and Environment. The idea of improvement based on the Poka Yoke idea is the PIC skill matrix, mix packing part competition, making a fixed schedule of instructions for mixing part mixing without pallet to the mixing area, making tagging for part mixing transfer instructions without pallet, making a special part mixing transfer sheet for PIC Feeder, making a checksheet specifically enter part mixing, revise SOPs, create identities on mixing parts, create special parts without pallet space in the receiving area and in the mixing area.
