Abstract

Many people with disabilities or disabilities in several countries do not get job opportunities (World Health Organization, 2011). The results showed that the average income of disabled workers was 15-30% lower than the general workforce. Other measures of the success of the program's objectives were also carried out by means of monitoring and evaluation after the training and mentoring activities were implemented. To monitor activities, the method used is a questionnaire in the form of a checklist containing conditions before and after the training and mentoring is held. So the training is carried out once and then the PKMT team begins to assist partners in doing what has been trained on partners. If there are still obstacles faced by partners, students will retrain them until partners become independent and the PKMT period ends. Increased partner skills using business Instagram.
