Abstract
The batik industry is one of the industries that produces liquid waste that is discharged into the surrounding environment (Sumarni, 2012). The increase in batik production causes the amount of waste to increase, so that environmental pollution can be added if the processing is not carried out properly. There are several processes, namely primary processing of aerobic-anaerobic equalization, sedimentation, anaerobic secondary treatment of the buffle reactor model, anaerobic tertiary processing, anaerobic tertiary processing with the media model. allufial filter, secondary aerobic treatment, and tertiary aeration treatment The creation of an effective, efficient, and optimal Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) for handling batik liquid waste so that it is safe to be disposed of in rivers. waste generated in accordance with predetermined quality standards.
