Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Park is an educational institution that specifically accommodates children who want to explore and learn how to read the Qur'an properly and correctly. The problem that stands out is that the learning carried out at the Al Qur'an Education Park is that it has not reached the desired target, there is still a lack of effort to improve Al-Qur'an learning whether it comes from the students themselves or from the teacher, there is still a lack of quality in reading the Qur'an. so that it is far from the expectations of parents and children to achieve the expected quality of reading. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for improving the quality of learning tahsinul qiroah and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a type of field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing The results obtained from this study are that the strategy used in At Taqwa TPA uses the thinking of zarkasyi, namely sorogan or individual (private) in practice students or students take turns one by one according to their reading ability, (perhaps one, two, three or even four pages). , individual classical in practice part of the teacher's time is used to explain the main points of the lesson, only two or three pages and so on, while reading is very emphasized, then the achievement is assessed, classical reading see in practice the teacher explains the subject matter is low (classical), then the students or students in this lesson are tested one by one and listened to by all students or students and so on. The supporting factors of this learning strategy are the competence of the teacher, an adequate environment, adequate facilities and infrastructure, some teachers have a learning plan. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of interest of students to explore the reading of the Qur'an, the lack of educators, some facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient, some teachers also do not have a learning plan.
