Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of the Ta'lim Council in fostering youth morals in the case study community at the Asyiqul Jannah Assembly, Pasar Kliwon District, Surakarta and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering youth morals in the Asyiqul Jannah Assembly. The role of the Ta'lim Council is to support the personality of the community, especially young people who are in turmoil in their passions so that they remain in accordance with Islamic teachings and have noble character. The type of research conducted is field research (field research). The approach that will be used in this research is a qualitative phenomenological approach through case study research. In obtaining valid data to support research needs, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods in the data collection process. The data analysis technique that will be used in this study applies data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing and data verification. Then, to ensure the validity of the data and the withdrawal, technique triangulation and source triangulation are used. This study concludes that the Asyiqul Jannah Assembly has a role in fostering youth morals. This role can be seen from several programs of activities held in the coaching, including: (1) Education Sector Program (2) Da'wah Sector Program (3) Social Sector Program. The findings of the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Asyiqul Jannah Assembly in moral development are based on two factors, namely factors originating from within (internal) and factors that influence from outside (external).
