Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the building structure in the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker by Afrizal Luthfi Lisdianta. 2) describes the religious values contained in the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker by Afrizal Luthfi Lisdianta. 3) reveal the relevance of this research as a literature teaching material in high school. This study uses a qualitative method. The source of the data obtained from the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker by Afrizal Luthfi Lisdianta. opens 336 pages. Data collection techniques using library techniques, listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using the dialectical method. The results of this study are: 1) The plot used in the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker is a forward plot. There are eleven characters presented in the novel Dhikr Hati Sang Rocker, with the main character being Ervin Pratama Putra. Next for the supporting characters are Kirana Najmi Savitri, Elang, Randa, Andri, Lulu, Sasa Salsabiela, Faris, Ustad Yunus, Bu Ningrum, and Alif. The time setting described is in January 2010. The events described in the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker occurred in the campus environment. 2) The religious values contained in the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker are divided into five dimensions. The five dimensions are a) the dimension of belief which consists of believing in the existence of God. b) the dimension of worship which consists of: reading the Koran, praying, fasting, and praying. c) dimensions consisting of: reminding each other, greeting, and politeness to parents. d) the dimension of knowledge which consists of: prohibited from approaching adultery and the intention to preach. e) the dimension of appreciation which consists of: sincere, and grateful. 3) The novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker can be used as teaching material in SMA class XI odd semester KD 3.11 and KD 4.11. The conclusion of this research is that the novel Dzikir Hati Sang Rocker can be used as a relevant material for teaching in SMA class XI odd semester with KD 3.11 and KD 4.11.
