Abstract
This study aims to: 1) Describe the cultivation of Islamic religious values in disable YPAC Surakarta. 2) Supporting factors and obstacles in inculcating Islamic religious values for children with disablilities YPAC Surakarta. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are by observation, documentation and interviews. Furthermore, the data can be analyzed by inductive method and tested its validity by triangulation technique The results of the research conducted include; Islamic religious values that need to be instilled in children are the values of faith, worship values and moral values. The methods and strategies applied include; lectures and questions and answers, stories, habituation, example, and targhib and tarhib. Factors supporting include 1) Foundations/Institutions, 2) Principals and Staff, 3) Students, 4) Parents, 5) Motivation. The obstacles faced include: 1) Parents who are less attentive and less supportive of their children, 2) The same learning method, can make children bored in studying Islam.
