Abstract

Football supporters are a collection of several people in a place who have the same goal, namely to support the team they are proud of. The supporters who collect in the fandom always provide maximum support for their idols. But on the other hand, as is well known, the rioting of supporters, especially in Indonesia, is nothing new in the world of football. In Indonesia, supporters have been convicted of worsening the image of football and are considered to be a problem for the nation. Football, which should be a means of entertainment, is synonymous with violence. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive techniques. The purpose of this research is to find out how Pasoepati performs conflict resolution in football supporters by looking at the form of group communication patterns in the Pasoepati supporters group. Data collection techniques are broadly divided into two parts, first primary data and second secondary data. This study uses in-depth interviews, participatory observation on primary data, and documentation on secondary data. The research subjects were the chairman and members of the Pasoepati Solo supporters group. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using Miles & Hubberman Interaction. The data validity technique uses the data source triangulation technique. The results showed that the conflict that occurred in the internal group of Pasoepati supporters was because Pasoepati members were under the influence of liquor (alcohol). The Pasoepati supporter group uses deliberation to solve internal problems through the forums they have created. So that the conflicts that occur between Pasoepati members can be resolved quickly and do not spread everywhere.
