Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of the completeness of learning facilities at home on the accounting learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat, (2) The effect of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of accounting students of SMK Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat, (3) The influence of the completeness of learning facilities at home and learning motivation on student accounting learning outcomes of SMK Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The population of this study were all students of the accounting skills program class X, XI, XII of SMK Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat as many as 332 students. The sample selection technique used proportional random sampling with a total of 77 students. Collecting data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is no effect of the completeness of learning facilities at home on learning outcomes (2) There is an influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) There is an effect of completeness of home learning facilities and motivation on learning outcomes. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 47.317 – 0.116 X1 + 0.470 X2. So simultaneously (R2) the completeness of learning facilities at home and learning motivation affect student learning outcomes by 32,5%. The conclusion of this study is that the completeness of learning facilities at home and motivation simultaneously or jointly affect learning outcomes.
