Abstract
Bintang Creative Yearbook is engaged in a creative agency that specializes in Memories Book or Yearbook and has experience since 2011 in Semarang in the form of Book Manufacture. In 2017, Bintang Creative Yearbook spread its wings in Surakarta City and now has customers every year. The scheduling process is the most crucial thing in the field of photo services that allows the shooting process to run quickly and not trip over or bump into one schedule with another schedule. This study aims to create a web-shaped scheduling information system that is converted into an application. This information system is a scheduling information system. Scheduling has three roles of admin, photographer, and user. Specifically, admins can add, modify and delete portfolios, employee data, and scheduling. The method in making this application uses the waterfall method. Where the initial manufacture begins with compiling a needs analysis. Furthermore, designing a use case diagram to provide convenience in application development, then the application is built using the MySQL Database Management System and the Laravel framework. The result of this research is an online web for scheduling with XAMPP as a server. The website will arrange the memory book shooting schedule for the company
