Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of MSS (Minimum Service Standar) Mental health services at the Kesawung I Public Health Center, Sragen Regency. The population in this study were mental health workers, PHC program holders, families of ODGJ patients in the puskesmas area, Kedawung sub-district, Sragen district. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The data analysis technique used is the theory of data induction and reduction. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of minimum service standards for mental health at the Kedawung I Health Center has not been implemented because there is no special SPM from the Sragen District Health Office and Kedawung I Health Center, there is no psychiatric poly and drug storage, this is because there are obstacles, namely the lack of health workers. at the puskesmas .. Efforts to provide mental health services at the Kedawung I puskesmas are promotive efforts, preventive efforts, curative efforts, and rehabilitation efforts are in accordance with Law No. 18 of 2014. The promotive efforts carried out by the Kedawung I health center are by promoting mental health socialization in the community. . Preventive efforts are carried out such as data collection for ODGJ, posbindu and screening for non-communicable diseases (PTM) and approaches to families who have problems with mental disorders. The curative efforts carried out by the Kedawung I Public Health Center are by providing counseling and referral psychiatric services.
