Abstract
Foreign exchange reserves can be an important indicator to see how far a country can conduct international trade and to show the strength of a country's economic fundamentals. This study aims to analyze the effect of exports, imports, and foreign debt on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out using secondary data in the form of data on Exports, Imports, Foreign Debt, and Indonesian Foreign Exchange Reserves for the period 2000 to 2017. The analytical method used in this study used the Classical Assumption test and the multiple linear regression analysis methods with the OLS model ( Ordinary Least Square). By using time series data processed by the computer program E-views 10. The results showed that the variables of Exports and External Debt partially had a positive effect on Indonesia's Foreign Exchange Reserves. Meanwhile, the Import Variable partially has a negative effect on Indonesia's Foreign Exchange Reserves. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of Export, Import, and Foreign Debt affect the Foreign Exchange Reserves in Indonesia.
