Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of local revenue, balancing funds, capital expenditures and operational expenditures on economic growth. The population in this study are districts and cities in South Sumatra Province. The sample in this study is districts and cities in South Sumatra Province with a report on the realization of the APBD for the 2017-2020 budget year. The collected sample is 68 data, and 8 data outliers are collected so that the final sample becomes 60 data. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from documents from the Central Statistics Agency for South Sumatra and documents from the Directorate General of Financial Balance. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study indicate that local revenue has a significant positive effect on economic growth, while balancing funds, capital expenditure and operational expenditure have no significant effect on economic growth.
