Abstract
RSU Islam Klaten is a private hospital owned by the Klaten Haji Jamaah Foundation which is the only type B in Klaten Regency. Most (75%) of the patients are BPJS Health participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on interest in repeat visits by mediating patient satisfaction on BPJS health participants at the Klaten Islamic General Hospital. This type of research is quantitative observational with a cross sectional approach, which uses primary data from distributing questionnaires to patients participating in BPJS Kesehatan. The analysis of this research was measured using SmartPLS 3.0 software starting from the measurement of the model (outer model), model structure (inner model) and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study showed that service quality had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction had a significant positive effect on interest in revisiting, service quality had a positive but not significant effect on interest in revisiting and patient satisfaction could mediate service quality on interest in revisiting.
