Abstract

The Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Tegal City is an organization that houses all athletes from various sports in Tegal City. Various kinds of information from each athlete is important to be used as material for planning and evaluating each activity. The recording of various information has not been arranged in the information system. Based on these problems, research was conducted. This study aims to develop an Athlete Profile Information System for the Indonesian National Sports Committee in Tegal City. This system was built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model with 5 stages, namely planning, needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In development, this system uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database which can then be accessed via web browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. This information system has been tested with Black Box showing that every feature can run well and System Usability Scacle (SUS) gets an average scale of 83.25. The results of this study can be concluded that this information system can be accepted and used properly.
