Abstract

This study is based on the Omnibus Law Constitution News Construction Refusal towards Republika.co.id and Tirto.id Media report. This refusal emerged since the People's Representative Council of Indonesia approved the Omnibus Law Constitution to trim the previous Constitution since there are many overlapping regulations that caused conflicts of policies between the Ministries. Simultaneous refusal of the Omnibus Law Constitution reported by Indonesian media. This study uses a qualitative study method with the Robert N. Temuan framing analysis showing that the Omnibus Law Constitution refusal framework served by Republika.co.id as a Constitution with both positive and negative impact, and a review would be necessary in order to reach absolute approval. On the contrary, Tirto.id views the Omnibus Law Constitution as a serious matter and the approval should be cancelled, as the people refused it. Nevertheless, with both media's distinctive background, it is impossible to be separated from organizational interest.
