Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Rate of Growth of Intellectual Capital (ROGIC) on the financial performance of Indonesian Islamic banking which is propounded through return on assets (ROA). Research in this method is quantitative research. By using secondary data sources whose reports are in the form of annual financial statements of Indonesian Islamic banks consisting of 3 research samples from 2018 to 2020. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The data used in the financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia are in the form of total income, total expenses, employee expenses, and total equity. This study also uses multiple linear regression analysis method using the IBM SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the IC has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (ROA). And ROGIC has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (ROA).
