Abstract
The pattern of communication is a form of conveying messages that are structured and can be learned. The delivery of the message is a bridge if you are going to carry out an activity. Communication plays a very important role in growing human well-being both in the field of daily life or in a group. Solidarity is a sense of solidarity that forms individual relationships in a group. There are many communities or groups similar to Holden Owners Surakarta, but over time these communities or groups eventually disbanded due to a lack of solidarity. Based on the phenomena that occur in the interaction of the Surakarta Holden Owners Community, the authors are interested in examining the Communication Patterns of the Surakarta Holden Owners Community in Maintaining Group Solidarity. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication pattern of the old car community in maintaining group solidarity in Holden Owner Surakarta. In this research, the writer uses descriptive research type and qualitative research type. Qualitative descriptive study is a method for describing a social phenomenon or trying to describe a particular social phenomenon in detail. The results show that the Surakarta Holden Owners community is in the form of continuous intense communication / continuous intensity of direct communication between members using wheel communication patterns, circle communication patterns, Y communication patterns and star communication patterns, where each communication pattern becomes a factor making the members have a strong sense of kinship so that the community can maintain the solidarity of group members.
